expressFlow integrates the Twilio.com Service to enable smooth communication for mobile workers in the Cloud. Twilio enables the automatic interaction with phone callers by supporting phone calls and SMS message sending via REST Web service calls.

Twilio SMS Service

Twilio enables registered users to send/receive/track SMS messages and exposes this functionality as a REST API to other platforms. These factors encouraged us to integrate the Twilio.com functionality into the expressFlow framework as we think SMS message Services are quite useful for Mobile Workflows.

To get an idea of the Twilio SMS Service we suggest you to read the Twilio SMS Quickstart. The matching model in the expressFlow framework is located in the com.expressflow.model.SendSMS class

After adapting these settings you are ready to deploy the expressFlow engine to your Google App Engine instance and model workflows with the Twilio SMS Service.
